Select your general location to calculate onboarding costs. Onboarding costs include all travel and other expenses for onsite technician for between 3 and 7 days. If longer times are required for initial setup the rate will be proposed on the SLA agreement. This does not include hardware or equipment upgrades.

* Unlimited On-Site support is only available in our primary coverage area.  Next day or 2nd day on site support is available in most areas but may require a per diem fee to cover travel expenses in the SLA agreement.  Rate will be established and included in the SLA for the term of the agreement.
