Part Time Sales Development Representative

Summary

At iSAFE Complete, we help Kentucky companies with their IT and cybersecurity needs. Because we’re growing, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help support our own rapid growth. We’re looking for a results-driven representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities

Making 25 dials per day. This includes calling prospects and calls to build our list of potential prospects.
Cleaning 25 company contacts per week to grow our prospect list.
Managing our company Excel file with our raw list and clean list.

Skills

Proven work experience as a phone representative making outbound calls
Basic computer skills including Excel
Highly motivated and target driven
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

Job Type

Job Type: Part Time (5 hours per week.)

Hourly Rate: $18/hr + 10% Commission for 12 months.

Experience Level: 1 Year

Mid Level Tech

Certifications Required

Net Plus Certification

Other certifications a plus

Responsibilities

Provide phone, remote and onsite support and remediation for workstation issues
Troubleshooting and resolving customer system problems across a broad range of technologies; desktop/portable and remote devices, all peripheral devices, application and enterprise system support; computer hardware and software issues
Provide remote and onsite installations of new software and upgrades
Provide remote and onsite installation of service Packs and security updates
Provide helpdesk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues

Skills & Experience

Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications
Strong general troubleshooting and problem solving skills, including technical knowledge
Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Server and Networking experience required
Knowledge of Citrix, VMware a plus
Certifications a plus
Must have Vehicle for travel to client locations
