Part Time Sales Development Representative

At iSAFE Complete, we help Kentucky companies with their IT and cybersecurity needs. Because we’re growing, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help support our own rapid growth. We’re looking for a results-driven representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

  • Making Up to 150 dials per day.  This includes calling prospects and calls to build our list of potential prospects.
  • Cleaning up to 150 company contacts per week to grow our prospect list.
  • Managing our company Excel file with our raw list and clean list.
  • Proven work experience as a phone representative making outbound calls
  • Basic computer skills including Excel
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

Job Type:  Part Time (5 hours per week.)

Hourly Rate:  $18/hr + Up to $100 Bonus for each SAT appointment

Experience Level: 1 Year

Mid Level Tech

Net Plus Certification

Other certifications a plus

  • Provide phone, remote and onsite support and remediation for workstation issues
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer system problems across a broad range of technologies; desktop/portable and remote devices, all peripheral devices, application and enterprise system support; computer hardware and software issues
  • Provide remote and onsite installations of new software and upgrades
  • Provide remote and onsite installation of service Packs and security updates
  • Provide helpdesk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications
  • Strong general troubleshooting and problem solving skills, including technical knowledge
  • Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Server and Networking experience required
  • Knowledge of Citrix, VMware a plus
  • Certifications a plus
  • Must have Vehicle for travel to client locations
