We refuse to “nickel and dime” our customers out of more money every time they actually need support.  Anything that is required for you to continue business as usual, is included in your monthly support package.  You will be surprised at the “other guys” consider a “project” and will bill you for in addition to your regular package.  You will also be surprised at what we “cover” and DO NOT charge extra for.

You can expect a response in LESS than 2 hours for business emergencies, Guaranteed.

Unlike most IT firms whose average response time is 4-6 hours, we guarantee that we will respond to any “Urgent” ticket within two hours or less, and we put it in writing.  If for any reason we don’t exceed that expectation, we credit your account for the actual service time spent at our “Project” rates.

Our Prices are extremely competitive.

The national average for workstation support using the MSP model is $52 per workstations, and $216/month per server.  Our all-inclusive price for workstations support is $60/month and $199/month for servers and we include way more services and features than any other competitor that we have found on the market.

We are completely Transparent with our pricing.

Unlike most IT companies, we publish ALL of our prices on our web site.  You can even custom build your own managed services package and see your monthly price right on our site.  We believe in treating every customer exactly the same, and we are confident that our competitors can’t compete with what we offer.

We provide clear, understandable documentation and guarantees in writing.

Most IT companies will not put their response times or other “guarantees” in writing.  We do our best to make sure every promise and service provided is clearly written and easy to understand.

Any relevant security audits and documentation for NIST and PCI Compliance are included.

We perform monthly risk assessments and work with your company to develop the necessary PCI and NIST documentation.  We also offer a complete HIPAA package for an additional fee.

We include Password Management with our Complete Managed Services.

More than 80% of all security breaches occur due to weak, lost, or re-used passwords.  We provide our clients with a Last Pass account so they only have to remember one password.  The rest of their passwords can be as long and complex as needed without having to remember them all… because we know that is nearly impossible.

ID Theft protection is included.

That’s right.  We know that ID theft can be detrimental to any workplace, costing you and your employees hours of productivity and money.  In our aim to provide complete protection for our users we include ID Theft protection for all of your users.  That protection also includes unlimited remediation of ID theft issues.

We make our recommendations based on your needs, not ours.
