  • Provide phone, remote and onsite support and remediation for workstation issues
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer system problems across a broad range of technologies; desktop/portable and remote devices, all peripheral devices, application and enterprise system support; computer hardware and software issues
  • Provide remote and onsite installations of new software and upgrades
  • Provide remote and onsite installation of service Packs and security updates
  • Provide helpdesk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications
  • Strong general troubleshooting and problem solving skills, including technical knowledge
  • Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Server and Networking experience required
  • Knowledge of Citrix, VMware a plus

  • Must have Vehicle for travel to client locations

Outside Sales Person

Highly motivated, dynamic  Sales Administrator to join our growing Company.  Attention to detail, strong verbal and handwritten skills required and a technical background is a plus.

Candidate will  be responsible for maintaining the short and long-term relationships with key contacts within key customers. 

Possess excellent customer service skills and is comfortable working with owners and employees of businesses. This includes daily follow-up, quoting and working with the internal iSAFE technical departments.  Candidates will possess excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment. 

Target $100-150 a year with commissions.

  • Assist in maintaining relationships with existing key client contacts 
  • Participate in scheduled client status meetings to report on short- and long-term goals and objectives
  • Creating, presenting, and implementing Quarterly Business review documents and other required reports
  • Create/Farm leads
  • 2-4 Years using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build customer relationships
  • Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider or IT Consulting environment is a plus 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
  • Assertive work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit
  • High persistence and track-record of achieving goals
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in team pursuits
  • Clear, controlled, and professional communication skills required
